IN SUPPORT OF TEST AND TRACE (COVID-19)

LATEST RESTRICTIONS IMPLEMENTED BY THE GOVERNMENT

In light of the recent changes implemented by the Government SCST has implemented the following further restrictions.

1. All visitors and spectators not associated with teams shall fill out our test and trace form https://www.dulwichsportsground.com/covid-19.html
2. Only seating at tables to a maximum of six people per table,
3. Table service only, no one to enter the bar area,
4. Facemasks to be worn when entering the pavilion,
5. Implementation of a 10pm curfew,
6. After the 28th of September table service will only be available Saturdays.

Dulwich Sport Ground Attendance Record

Captains, coaches and organisers please complete this form everyday if your team or squad are attending Dulwich Sports Ground for training, practice or games. In addition only registered bookings can attend the ground.

Under Government guidelines and to aid test and trace system we must retain the details of people who are attending Dulwich Sports Ground on any given day.

WHO MUST FILL OUT THE FORM?

TEAMS OR GROUPS
The form is intended to be completed by captains, organisers and or coaches (home and away) who attend the ground and it requires only their details to be entered every day they come to the ground.

IMPORTANT NOTE: It is their responsibilty to retain contact details of all of their own squads, players who are on Dulwich Sports Ground on any given day.

INDIVIDUALS OVER 18
Who are not on their teams squad list for that day or who are spectating must also fill out the form themselves on entering the cricket ground everyday.

MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES AT THE GROUND HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK ANYONE TO LEAVE THAT HAS REFUSED TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED INFORMATION IN ORDER FOR SOUTHWARK COMMUNITY SPORTS TRUST TO COMPLY WITH GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES AND FOR TEST AND TRACE TO BE SUCCESSFUL.

WE HOPE THAT USERS RESPECT SCST'S DESIRE TO PROTECT USERS AND VISITORS TO THE GROUND.

GDPR STATEMENT
In accordance with the GDPR, your information will be used only for purposes of the Government's Test and Trace process. Your data will not  not be used for any other purpose or accessed by third parties unless it is a specific request by local authorities. Your data will be deleted 21 days after each visit. Please note, if you visit SCST multiple times, you must enter your contact data each visit and data on each visit will be held for 21 days.
