We hope that you had an enjoyable experience at the Southwark Community Sports Trust. We are always seeking to improve our performance, services and facilities within the capacity of a not for profit charity. Our volunteers would be pleased to hear from you about your views.
 
We seek to provide access to all for our facilities and to provide for all choices whether dietary, religious or personal where notified in advance.
 
We envisage the form will only take two minutes to fill out depending on the comprehensiveness of your comments and therefore hope that you can complete the whole form, however please note that not all the fields are required.
