Dulwich Sports Ground is managed by a group of volunteers who set up the Southwark Community Sports Trust and who are also representatives of local football, rugby and cricket clubs in the area and schools football organisations.
Our South London sports ground in the corner of Croxted Road, Turney Road and Burbage Road has over 24 acres of lush grass. Dulwich Sports Ground offers both winter and summer sports facilities to schools and sports clubs for both football and rugby and in the summer months we have four cricket squares / pitches and a 3 lane cricket net for hire.. With summer now in full swing it may be time to start considering organising a cricket match or other sports event for either Corporate clients, clubs or between friends and family. With four cricket squares and a 3 lane practice net, we can accommodate both small and large multi team sporting events. The sports ground's pitches are generally available for hire on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons and evenings but we are also familiar with hosting all day events of both a sporting or family kind. We have numerous changing rooms and showers (including dedicated female facilities) and are fully compliant with Disability legislation requirements. Our large pavilion and well stocked bar is the perfect place to host your corporate or special event and relevant catering can be arranged to suit your budget or needs including an outdoor barbecue. Corporate Sporting Event Hire and Pavilion Hire
We have a superb set up for any form of Corporate Hire that requires a large amount of grass in close proximity to Central London. We host many Central London based organisation for summer evening cricket games. The football and rugby pitches are also available for hire in winter. We are used to hosting large events for between 100 and 600 people either playing simultaneous cricket matches or simply using the grounds for staff parties or other events. Our clients include Deloitte, Network Rail, Sequel Business Solutions, Gordon Ramsay Holding, PwC, Jones Lang La Salle and many others.
The Pavilion hall can accommodate up to 75 for a formal dinner and 200 for a buffet style reception. It is also available for meetings or other indoor sporting activities (generally only on Thursday and Friday evenings). Full catering is provided and the Licensed bar is fully operational (subject to licensing restrictions) with late licences available upon request.
